I'm a mom of three girls.
I was married for 17 years, and when that chapter ended, I rebuilt my life from the ground up — moving to the country and buying a small ranch so my oldest daughter could follow her passion for barrel racing.
That place meant everything to us.
Until it didn't.
Three years later, she passed away in a car accident just minutes from home. And suddenly, the life we built... didn't feel the same anymore.
Over the years, I faced more loss — losing my dad, and then later, my mom... on the same date as my daughter.
Grief didn't come once. It came in waves.
At the same time, I was dealing with ongoing health challenges — debilitating digestive health issues, years of undiagnosed postpartum struggles, hospital visits, and even surgery that never should have happened. Then came a car accident that took me out of work for over a year.
And eventually, I made the decision to retire early — not just because of everything I had been through, but because I knew I couldn't keep living in environments that didn't respect or support who I was.
But here's what I've learned through all of it:
- You can lose so much... and still find yourself again.
- You can go through grief, setbacks, and life-altering moments — and still rebuild something meaningful.
- Not the same life.
- But a new one.
- A stronger one.
- A more intentional one.
That's why I created Unbridled Blooms.
Because I know what it feels like to be stuck in the middle of it all... and I also know what it takes to slowly come back to yourself.
You are allowed to rebuild. You are allowed to choose YOU. You are allowed to bloom again. ♡
