Unbridled Blooms is built on trust. When you share your email or purchase a resource, your information is treated with care. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.

What we collect

• Email address — when you subscribe to updates, RSVP for a circle, request a resource by email, or fill out a poll.
• Name — if you choose to share it, so we can address you warmly in emails.
• Phone number — only if you opt in to receive SMS reminders for Zoom circles.
• Payment information — when you purchase a workbook or guide. We do not store your full card details; payments are processed securely by Stripe.

How we use your information

• To send you the resource, confirmation, or reminder email you signed up for.
• To deliver your purchased workbook or guide to your inbox.
• To remind you about upcoming Zoom circles, if you RSVP.
• To share occasional notes, new resources, or circle updates — only when they feel genuinely helpful.

Payment confirmation emails

When you purchase a workbook or guide, Stripe processes your payment and sends a confirmation. We also send you a personal email with your download link so you can access your resource right away.

We never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe handles all payment details according to their own security and privacy standards.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your email or personal information.
• We do not share your information with advertisers.
• We do not send spam or pressure you to buy anything.

Unsubscribing and your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed. If you change your mind later, you are always welcome to come back.
